Plymouth, WI — Wangard Partners proudly marked the grand opening of The Landing at Hub City Apartments with a ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning, officially welcoming residents, community members, and partners to Plymouth's newest apartment community.
The opening ceremony at 365 Pohlman's Way featured remarks from Plymouth Mayor Donald Pohlman and Matt Moroney, CEO of Wangard Partners, who emphasized the importance of thoughtfully designed housing in supporting Plymouth's growth and vitality.
The Landing at Hub City Apartments features 156 modern and spacious residences, including studio, one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans designed for comfort and convenience. Each home includes a private entry, in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and private balconies or patios. Select homes also offer attached parking, enhancing residents' convenience.
