Wangard Partners Expands Third-Party Property Management by 5.2 Million SF with STAG Industrial's Wisconsin Portfolio
MILWAUKEE, WI — Wangard Partners, a leading full-service commercial real estate investment and property management firm, announced a major expansion of its third-party property management services with the addition of STAG Industrial, Inc.'s (NYSE: STAG) Wisconsin portfolio. Under the new assignment, Wangard will oversee 37 properties totaling approximately 5.2 million square feet, growing its managed footprint in Wisconsin from about 1.7 million to more than 7 million square feet.
This expansion builds on the relationship established in April 2024, when STAG Industrial acquired an industrial building in Sussex, WI, from Wangard and retained the company's management services. The success of that initial engagement led STAG to entrust Wangard with managing its full Wisconsin portfolio. The growth has also created two new full-time positions within Wangard's property management team, reinforcing the firm's commitment to local market expertise and high-touch service.
