MENOMONEE FALLS, WI – October 6, 2025 – Wangard Partners, Inc. today announced that The Brewer Company, a leading U.S. manufacturer of medical and dental equipment, has signed a lease for 113,819 square feet at Ridgewood Industrial Center in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Brewer becomes Ridgewood’s inaugural tenant, occupying 37% of the building.
