Wangard Partners and Ragtag Ventures Deepen Investment Partnership in Fitchburg and the Madison MSA

FITCHBURG, Wis. — June 26, 2026 — Wangard Partners, a Milwaukee-based real estate development, investment, and property management firm, announced today a continued strategic investment partnership with Ragtag Ventures, reinforcing both organizations’ long-term commitment to Fitchburg and the broader Madison metropolitan area.

The partnership includes continued investment in The Juniper Apartments in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, and supports future collaboration around Rowan, the second phase of Hartung Fields, along with additional opportunities across the Madison MSA.
