Megan Michuda is Development Director at Wangard Partners, where she leads development design, budgeting, and execution across the firm’s pipeline. She oversees external consultants and project proformas; manages monthly draws, pursuit costs, cash flows, and tenant improvement budgets; and negotiates financial components of municipal development agreements. She also drives ongoing refinement of prototype designs and design standards to support consistent, efficient delivery.
Process & prototype leadership
Megan has played a key role in establishing Wangard’s prototype designs and in building standardized development processes, procedures, and controls. She joined the firm in 2017 as a Project Analyst and advanced to her current leadership role; she has been a minority owner since 2022.
Career background
Earlier in her career, Megan worked at a multinational advisory firm, conducting valuations of large real estate portfolios and complex real estate assets, across asset classes, for institutional investors.
Education & focus
She holds a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is focused on improving products and processes with careful attention to detail and the resident and tenant experience.
