As Chief Financial Officer at Wangard Partners, Kyle Dieringer is responsible for the internal financial controls that help maintain budget discipline, regulatory compliance, and sound financial oversight across the company.
He plays an integral role across Wangard’s acquisitions, investment properties, and development projects by helping ensure the organization has reliable reporting, strong accounting operations, and the financial discipline needed to support long-term real estate performance.
Core responsibilities
Kyle directly supervises all accounting and financial functions, including cash management, the monthly close process, tenant and building invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly reporting to management and stakeholders, forecasting, annual budgeting, and construction draw oversight.

Experience & background
- More than 10 years of financial and accounting experience.
- Graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
- Promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2022 as part of Wangard’s career-path expansion.
- Part of Wangard’s majority ownership group and ongoing strategic direction.
