Julie Simcock is VP Asset Management at Wangard Partners, where she leads both Asset Management and Financial Analysis across the firm’s portfolio.

She is responsible for the strategic and financial performance of Wangard’s assets, overseeing business plan execution, operating budgets, capital planning, and performance reporting while working across property management, development, accounting, and executive leadership.

Experience

Julie brings more than 20 years of real estate experience spanning asset management, development, acquisitions, and valuation.

She began her career at Equity Residential in Chicago, one of the nation’s largest publicly traded multifamily owners, where she gained early exposure to institutional real estate, disciplined underwriting, and large-scale portfolio operations. She later expanded her experience at McWhinney in Denver before joining Wangard in 2014 and advancing into senior leadership.
