Before joining Wangard, Eric built a strong multifamily development track record that included sourcing or entitling 15 new communities representing about 4,000 units and approximately $700 million in development costs.

Career background

Prior to Wangard, Eric spent nearly a decade at a national real estate development firm, rising to Vice President of Acquisitions. In that role, he helped source and approve seven multifamily development opportunities totaling 2,073 units and roughly $500 million in development costs.
