1910 on Water sits on a 0.52 acre parcel of land situated at the intersection of N. Astor Street and N. Water Street in Milwaukee, WI. The project is built into the existing hillside. The lower two levels, which will be exposed to N. Water Street, but unseen from N. Astor Street, will contain two levels of enclosed parking for 68 vehicles. To further animate the N. Water Street façade, the primary building entry, community room, leasing/management office and fitness center will be located on the ground floor and will feature large areas of glass.
