Prairie Creek Shoppes
In conjunction with this retail development, the ownership group replaced a small wetlands with a larger wetlands by utilizing an existing trout stream on the property, significantly enhancing the natural habitat. The creation of the wetlands was the first such project of this type to emerge from a newly enacted Wisconsin State Law regarding wetlands development. The new law provides for replacing every acre of wetlands that is "filled" with 1.5 acres of new wetlands.

Eastgate Business Center
Eastgate is a high end multiple-building, flex-tech complex, featuring quality architecture, landscaping, and signage. Phase I and II are 68,000 square feet and 52,000 square feet, respectively. The project leased rapidly in a difficult economy.
The 20 acre development borders a navigable stream, and five acre detention basin developed as a cooperative flood control project between the Cities of Brookfield, Wauwatosa, and the Village of Butler. The developers coordinated closely with municipal officials to deliver a high quality development while satisfying flood control goals for this area.
