Nicholas Ganos, MBA. Director of Investor Relations.

Nicholas brings 15 years of experience in multiple facets of Real Estate, including as an investor and more than 12 years in property management where he managed many of downtown Milwaukee’s prominent office buildings like Chase Tower and 875 E. Wisconsin Avenue.

Working closely with our investors to understand their investment objectives, return expectations, risk tolerance, and overall investment appetite, Nicholas provides consultation regarding real estate investment opportunities and strategies to help investors accomplish their goals.

Nicholas earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater BA. Nicholas is the treasurer at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and serves on the Board of Directors for Edessa School of Fashion.

Nicholas lives in Elm Grove, WI with his wife and two children. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family,  golfing  and coaching youth soccer.
