2021 Year End Reflection - It Takes A Team
The Wangard team has been blessed in many ways this past year with the support of our partners to navigate the daily challenges of 2021. Our incredible business partners assisted us in problem-solving every week. From determining creative financing packages, to solving material shortage and construction issues, to creating engineering or planning solutions for challenging sites; our partners have been critical to our success. We are thankful for all you do for us.
We are very excited about 2022! We have impactful projects underway in Sussex, Franklin, Oconomowoc, Milwaukee, and Mount Pleasant. We are in the planning phases for projects in Madison, Verona, Yorkville, Mount Pleasant, Milwaukee, Chippewa Falls, Sussex and Oconomowoc. Through our projects, we work with our communities to meet the community’s needs and to enhance the quality of life of its residents and labor force. We are fortunate and thankful that we work in partnership with these quality communities.
Lastly, our team is truly phenomenal. They are dedicated to our mission and are passionate about their work. The development business is not easy and is always challenging. Our teammates continually rise to the challenges of our daily work. We are truly blessed to not only be teammates, but friends. Together we will continue to accomplish great things for our communities and tenants. Thank you for all you do to represent the Wangard name in a positive and impactful manner!
