Stewart Wangard Stewart Wangard
Chairman & CEO

Stewart Wangard, as CEO/President of Wangard Advisors, brings extensive knowledge and experience in real estate investment partnerships, real estate development and brokerage. Stu has served many leading institutional, individual, and corporate owners in both investment sales and acquisition capacities. A sampling of portfolio includes Aetna Realty Advisors, Travelers Realty Investment Company, Firstar Trust of Wisconsin, TCF Bank, First Financial Realty Advisors, TOLD Development Company, Applied Power International, Protective Life, Equitable Insurance, State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Illinois Teachers Pension Fund, Smith Barney, and Associated Bank. Now in his 30th year in the commercial real estate industry, Stu has sold in excess of $1 billion dollars in investment real estate and has leased several million square feet of property. Stu is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin (CARW). He is also an active member of the NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and is the current Transportation Committee Chair. He has been active in his community serving on his Village Plan Commission, Zoning Appeals Board and Architectural Board and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha (HAWS).

Wayne Wiertzma Wayne Wiertzema
President

As Executive Vice President for Wangard Partners, Wayne Wiertzema's responsibilities include overseeing the development team and the entire development process for the company from concept to completion. He has extensive experience leading teams in the development and management of corporate retail and support facilities, as well as a strong background in project management and construction of residential and light commercial buildings. For the previous 12 years, Wayne held various management-level development positions at Fresh Brands, Inc., the parent company to Piggly Wiggly in Wisconsin, including VP of Real Estate and Development where he had overall responsibility, for the past 8 years, for all real estate, development, construction and maintenance functions. During his tenure at Fresh Brands, Wayne was directly responsible for the design and development of approximately 100 commercial projects including newly developed retail store sites, renovation and expansions of existing retail facilities, and warehouse facilities. The cost associated with these development projects were well in excess of $200 million. Prior to Fresh Brands, Wayne spent 12 years managing projects and personnel in various facets of residential and light commercial construction.

Frank Roman Frank Roman
Vice President, Finance

Vice President, Finance Mr. Roman is responsible for managing the equity and debt initiatives of Wangard Partners, Inc's development and investment projects. In addition, he oversees investor relations as well as the accounting functions of the firm. Mr. Roman excels at discerning the key issues in a transaction, marshalling the internal resources of the firm and outside professionals to effectively close and manage the deal.

Prior to joining Wangard Partners, Inc., Mr. Roman was the Director of Finance at Jones Lang LaSalle, ORIX Real Estate Equities, and Kimco Realty, who are developers of office, retail, industrial, and multi-family product. This diverse involvement spanned a nationwide portfolio, which allowed Mr. Roman to work with partners, lenders, and contractors in various and unique locales. He sourced and managed the debt and related risk-management obligations for development portfolios valued at upwards of $800mm. Mr. Roman was instrumental in creating new programs and procedures to address company initiatives, including all aspects necessary for approval, implementation, and funding of the new proprietary development program at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Tony DeRosa Tony DeRosa
Vice President of Development

Tony joined Wangard Partners in the summer of 2002 as an intern while attending the University of Wisconsin - Madison. After graduating in May of 2003 with "Distinction Honors" with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, Tony joined Wangard full time as a real estate analyst. Tony currently is the Vice President of Development with responsibilities including the management of development projects as well as sourcing development opportunities. He is also involved in securing financing for projects. Tony is active professionally with groups such as the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA) and NAIOP. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Wisconsin.

Dan Crowe Dan Crowe
Vice President, Senior Property Manager

Dan Crowe is responsible for maintaining and increasing the values of the firm's real estate investments and third party management and leasing assignments. Dan conducts monthly detailed performance tracking of all properties, he oversees the property management and leasing staff, manages all facility related operating expenses, capital budget activities and maintenance contracts, all to ensure the properties in Wangard's real estate portfolio achieve their anticipated revenues and subsequent values. For over 29 years, Dan has been a leader in the Midwest commercial real estate market. His experience encompasses business development, real estate sales, leasing, management and employee training. He has directly overseen the sale, leasing and management of over 18 million square feet of property; including mixed-use downtown high rise, suburban office and multi-family residential buildings along with retail shopping centers, medical and industrial properties. Prior to joining the Wangard team, Dan served as Sales Associate for Darwin Realty & Development; President and CEO of Comprehensive Receivership Services, Inc. For over 17 years, he acted as receiver for properties in receivership in the Chicago area. He was responsible for writing and implementing asset plans and positioning properties for disposition. Prior experience and positions include, Vice President, Metropolitan and Regional Manager For Coldwell Banker Commercial Management Services; Executive Vice President of Baird & Warner Commercial Management Division; Property Manager of Gateway I, II, and III for Tishman Midwest Management Corp.; and Sales Associate for Darwin Realty & Development. He has successfully generated over 250 new management, leasing and receivership assignments since 1987 for the companies for which he has been affiliated.

Jimmy Rosen Jimmy Rosen
Vice President, Retail Project Management

As Vice President of Retail Project Management, Jimmy focuses his efforts on growing the firm's retail real estate portfolio. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the retail real estate development and leasing process, including the monitoring of site selection, land use analysis, municipal entitlements, financing and disposition of assests. He also plays a significant role in negotiating contracts and leases. In 2001, Jimmy, along with his partners, founded Spectrum Development Group, a client driven, progressive real estate development firm, that successfully developed numerous prominent retail developments in the Milwaukee market. During his time at Spectrum, Jimmy built strong partnerships with all the major real estate brokerage firms in Southeastern Wisconsin, and he has fostered long-term relationships with several regional and national retail outfits. His hands-on knowledge of retailers' needs, architectural/engineering requirements, and city approval processes are invaluable when it comes to completing projects on time and on budget.


Joseph McGuire Joseph McGuire
Property Manager, CPM®

Joseph McGuire joined Wangard Properties, LLC in 2009 as Property Manager. Joseph brings a strong background in property management built upon more than 11 years of experience in the real estate industry. Joseph's strong business background, financial skills and ground operations experience prove invaluable to both our management firm and our clients. Joseph has demonstrated success exceeding client expectations for controlling budgets through his focus and ability to achieve significant cost savings. He also has a strong track record for accomplishing on-time and on-budget implementation of capital improvements for clients. Joseph previously was with Richter Realty and Investment, Inc. located in Brookfield, WI, acting as the Director of Property Management. As part of the management team he was responsible for the oversight of more than 500,000SF of office and retail properties. Prior to that, Joseph served as the Property Manager for The Marcus Corporation (NYSE), the seventh largest theater circuit in the U.S., with locations in major markets throughout the Midwest. Joseph was responsible for managing Marcus' investment portfolio through their corporate, theater, and hotel divisions. Joseph is a graduate of Concordia University, with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management and has achieved a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).


Kathy Blaszczyk Kathy Blaszczyk
Assistant Property Manager

Kathy Blaszczyk has recently joined Wangard Partners, LLC as their Assistant Commercial Property Manager for their Wisconsin office. She has over twenty years of successful business experience with the last eleven years effectively managing commercial and residential real estate throughout Wisconsin. With experience negotiating and managing annual maintenance and repair contracts, Kathy contributes to maintaining budgets and containing costs. Her strong background in customer service also facilitates tenant retention and issue resolution. With the ability to efficiently coordinate tenant build outs and real estate improvements, Kathy further enhances the real estate management team. Kathy previously was Director of Property Management at Concord Development Company, located in Mequon, Wisconsin and managed over 300,000 sq. ft. of office, retail and residential real estate. She also administered several residential homeowner and condominium associations and facilitated the annual meetings. Kathy's business experience also includes Office Management and Human Resources Management.


Eric Yao Eric Yao
Assistant Vice President, Financial Analyst

Eric joined the company in May 2009 as an intern and became a formal employee in May 2010. He is responsible for market study and financial analysis, and assists in deal sourcing, project management, asset management, and property disposition. Eric's previous experience involves in real estate and mortgage brokerage, international project management and REIT portfolio management. Eric received an MBA at the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, University of Wisconsin Madison. Eric also holds a Master's of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading in England and a Master's of Economics degree from Renmin University of China.


Burton Metz Burton Metz
Project Manager

As Project Manager of Industrial and Office properties, Burton provides real estate solutions for local and national businesses and specializes in business relocation, expansion and consolidation. His experience includes representing landlords and tenants in Southeast Wisconsin's industrial and office markets and facilitating lease negotiations. Burton's business experience also includes establishing a restaurant and hospitality marketing business, managing sales accounts for a diamond simulant manufacturer and analyzing research for an equity research firm. He graduated in 2007 from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities earning a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. His dynamic and extensive background in finance, entrepreneurship and marketing will ensure his success in exceeding his client's needs and expectations.
